Diversity...

…is seen as an unceasing strength in communities, not something to be “tolerated” but something to be sought out, nurtured, struggled with, and celebrated even when the realities of living within our diversity is challenging and sometimes uncomfortable. We specialize in and seek out opportunities to create collaborative, respectful processes with groups who are diverse by age, gender, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or other aspects of identity. We understand that “young people” are not a monolithic group, and that their experiences, backgrounds, needs, goals, and assets are wonderfully diverse. And we see the positive impact from bringing diverse groups together to work toward shared goals.

"My humanity is bound up in yours, for we can only be human together."
